When I first came to Australia, I didn’t have much. No connections, no money, no real plan.

Everything was new, and for a long time I felt lost.

I was working long hours, barely sleeping, chasing stability but never truly finding it.

I questioned whether I had made the right move, whether I even belonged here.

Then I found the gym. At first, it was just an escape, a place to shut out the noise.

But over time, fitness became my therapy, my teacher, and my discipline. Every rep, every early morning session, every meal I planned taught me more about myself than any classroom or job ever did.

I learned that the pain we carry can either break us or build us, depending on what we do with it.

Through fitness, I built not just my body, but my confidence, my mindset, and my purpose.

It opened doors I never thought possible. I went from surviving to thriving, from doubting myself to building a life that I’m proud of.

Now I want to give that same gift to others.
Because I know what it feels like to wake up tired, to feel stuck, to lose motivation again and again.

But I also know the power of having the right system, the right plan, and the right guidance.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program . This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email help@saanjattt.com with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
